Have many neighbors that live in Vancouver. They say it’s the Chinese buying it up. They are also paying the 20% buyers tax without any problem. One said they just sold, moved near abbotsford where it’s cheaper and much nicer. Do you realize there are other places to live?
yea its called france, italy, australia. i know australia has a housing bubble, and its probably expensive in southern france / italy but at least less people are walking around with their heads cut off, the socialism is not bad, and the weather is warm.

FYI abby is not "much nicer" than van.

This couple loves it there a lot. They've got a nice place on/near the lake. Less money, less congestion.

the canadian graph looks pretty similar to the US one.
And yet my wages are 60% higher than the system you want to implement. And I can walk at anytime. And I don’t have to work until 80.

Give me a good deal @ $25 an hour.
Give me a crappy deal @ $63 an hour.
I’ll take the crappy deal and retire 30 years earlier.

Why can’t you figure out if I’m getting a good deal?

i have figured out that based on long term economic decline in america, that you are likely not getting a good deal.

if you were getting a good deal, then UPS would probably fire you.

i worked for UPS; they treated me badly and the pay was slightly above average on an hourly basis.

That is not a precise answer. So I should quite now for a $25 an hour job and $4000 401K match. To get a “fair deal”?
Or better yet ask for $18 an hour at a co op?

you should have an idea how much theyre profiting off of you, and square living in a democratic republic vs taking orders from a boss all day.

Please post the formula that is used.

Did you know when you are out delivering, you are all by yourself? No bosses to hold your hand.

they still define alot of your life on the road.

you should ask UPS!
No, no, they don't. One ride a year, I get to show a young kid how to do the job.

I’m asking you. Because you said I should know. Now I’m asking you how I find out? Again, you can’t tell me.

so your saying UPS doesnt know how much they profit off of you?

i figure its close to 2x what they are currently paying you.

Where did you come up with that number? I think it would change from day to day. One day 189 del pcs no pick ups. 10.5 hours.

The next day 400 del pcs / 350 pu pcs. 8.5 hours.
