You consider electing a Black president madness? No wonder they call Canada "The Great White North."
it was very different to put it another way.

im all in favor of racial and gender diversity at the white house, but most importantly they have to b honest which US like other countries struggles with because of capitalist propaganda in the media.

cities invested in formerly AAA rated but what turned out to b risky CDOs. they are currently selling off assets to make up for lost investments. wall st got bailed out. main street did not. what happens when the cities run out of assets to sell?

fact is alot of american (and other countries) conclusions about socialism was not realized on a free market; there was CIA and government propaganda swaying what ppl think about socialism and economics in general.

The elites cook statistics to lie about a recovery from the 2008 global financial crash. To gather unemployment statistics, for example, government agents ask people two questions: Are you working? If they answer “yes” they are counted as employed even if they have a temporary job in which they work only an hour a week. If they say “no” they are asked if they have been looking for work. If they have not looked for work in the last four weeks they are magically erased from the unemployment rolls. And then there is the long list of those not counted as unemployed, such as prisoners, the retired, stay-at-home spouses and high school and college students who want jobs.

I say this to parents at school. The fat tech cats make their billions off you giving your children the latest tech gadget while they fill their houses with books.

"What can be done to save humanity from mindless obedience?" Self-education and critical thinking.

in the video, nazi guy was a normal person who couldnt put himself in other ppls shoes and couldnt question things. sound familiar?

i was thinking about django unchained that scene where schultz is having ptsd about the black who was fed to the dogs by the racist whites. even though it didnt happen to schultz and he didnt know that guy who died, it still really affected him which is good argument for a just peaceful society.

Lee J. Carter Retweeted Bloomberg Opinion

That's literally how it's designed to work. Workers produce more but get paid less every year because we don't own the workplace, and for those who DO own the workplace - the capitalists - it's a feature, not a bug. But it's also what makes capitalism so unstable.

Capitalism isn’t working right. The U.S. economy is growing, but workers are seeing less and less of the benefits Terms of Service Violation

The three richest Americans Bezos, Buffett, and Gates hold more wealth than 50 percent of the US population or 160 million people put together! That’s not a functional, free enterprise system. It’s a failure of policy to design markets that value the dignity of work.

There’s two schools of thought here:

. Play the game according to the ‘rules’, and take your chances...

. Disregard the ‘rules’ completely.

Scenario one, you participate in the fiction of our economic system, if you play it correctly, you succeed.

Scenario two, you don’t participate in the fiction of our economic system, you don’t invest, you don’t save, you don’t go to the dentist...

You die early, with no money and bad teeth.

Roll the dice either way, but don’t hate the players, hate the game...

In lieu of perfection, most of us make sensible investments due to our particular situations.

So, participate by getting into the market: start small with a well known Mutual Fund like Vanguard.

I feel you Ricky Bobby, but, work smarter, not harder.

american mid aged whites are committing suicides at record levels. whites not blacks because the american dream only maybe existed for 1 of them.

If only they’d played the game they hated...

Kid, it’s literally free money.

Obviously you don’t know the market, which is why I suggested Vanguard...

I suppose one could make an argument that they don’t want to participate in a bogus system.

Sure.

Get back to me when you’re gonna die with the cancer and you can’t start your RV.

Principles start to fall away when your health fails, or you have a kid, or when you realize that boycotting the system really doesn’t serve you, nor does it hurt the system.
