unions are mediocre.

i realized that if you have a worker who is going to quit and never come back that makes them the perfect candidate to do a petition to complain against certain supervisors.

read an article by ellen brown talking about the central banks wanting a new system and wanting to take even more power than they currently have.

we need to take the power back.

buying things is a drug, and it give you a temporary high.

the cure is dont consume, and be happy regardless of external forces while fighting for justice. dont depend on things to be happy.

from bowling for columbine:

Marilyn Manson: The two by-products of that whole tragedy were, violence in entertainment, and gun control. And how perfect that that was the two things that we were going to talk about with the upcoming election. And also, then we forgot about Monica Lewinsky and we forgot about, uh, the President was shooting bombs overseas, yet I'm a bad guy because I, well I sing some rock-and-roll songs, and who's a bigger influence, the President or Marilyn Manson? I'd like to think me, but I'm going to go with the President.

Michael Moore: Do you know that on the day of the Columbine massacre, the US dropped more bombs on Kosovo than any other day during that war?

Marilyn Manson: I do know that, and I think that's really ironic, that nobody said 'well maybe the President had an influence on this violent behavior' Because that's not the way the media wants to take it and spin it, and turn it into fear, because then you're watching television, you're watching the news, you're being pumped full of fear, there's floods, there's AIDS, there's murder, cut to commercial, buy the Acura, buy the Colgate, if you have bad breath they're not going to talk to you, if you have pimples, the girl's not going to :censored2: you, and it's just this campaign of fear, and consumption, and that's what I think it's all based on, the whole idea of 'keep everyone afraid, and they'll consume.'

so either china already has or will soon have the biggest economy in the world and will also be the most powerful country in the world if it isnt already.

my coworker is from china and he said if my job was in china it would be a joke. he constantly referred to it as a joke and said our company would be bankrupt if it was in china LOL.

he says in china they work much harder, whereas at my job we sleep on the job, talk, waste time in bathroom, pray for forgiveness for being mediocre humans, etc.

i dont know how long hes been in canada for, but my experience is that some jobs theres a culture which makes it harder to slack, but some jobs you can slack more. this can be viewed as capitalist inefficiency. my coworker and i view it as "happiness" :)

on a side note i threatened my boss to blow up donuts with a bottle rocket if he keeps buying that crap.

i think its easier doing things to build character than it is to be happy. you can be happy by not doing anything, but building character doing nothing is harder and makes less sense.

capitalism centralizes alot of control like other failed economic systems, and it leads to corruption of power in supervisors, capitalists, etc.

so at my job certain supervisors will tell nicer coworkers to work harder but not the more immature moody ones or because they have the same religion. we also have supervisors who are racists. its really a form of cowardice. my plan right now is to work faster than the slowest guys but go home early which i did a few times so far this week.

last night on one hand the company is paying guys OT, and on the other hand some guys are doing no work, and the supervisor is either too corrupt to talk to the super lazy guys OR its slowed down and he doesnt care anymore.
