trump is stinking corrupt. past presidents should have been impeached as well.
shes calls modern corporations small c communist dictatorships. this other guy called lenins economy "state capitalism" which was a counter revolution against the soviets and independent control. she says the corporation is a little govt, you have an internal hierarchy and bosses to give orders to workers, which is a kind of government. its a dictatorship because the workers dont have any voice, and live under a system of control.
she talks about how (some) libertarians insist were free because we can agree to contracts. well the govt has already rigged the system ahead of time so all the power is in the hands of the corporation.
indeed the name of her book is private government. chomsky, famous greek former minster of finance, and hedges, and wolff have all made the same argument.

its the equivalent of eating mcd's chicken nuggets all day.
i posted something like this in the immigration thread.
i used to be a railway conductor, and if you look at some railcars, you will see step ladders on the and little handles just above them. its terribly dangerous being hunched over with your center of gravity way out of wack, and its unnecessary, but the rail corporations are too greedy to have handles that go up past your waist. not to mention youre talking on a radio with one hand part of the time so you only are holding on with one hand for that moment.
The other dangerous part of railroading was when youre joining 2 rail cars together you have to do up the airbrake hoses, there was little space between you in the middle and the rail cars on each side. which means if the cars move for any unexpected reason, you will have little time to get out before you are run over. but again the rail companies are too greedy to properly design rail cars for safety and the regulators are too corrupt. i worked with someone who got his foot run over and lost a toe.
