Socialism and communism can’t work, won’t work, because it relies on the non existent good nature of people.
worker coops do work actually italy has 28000 of them. they decentralize power. power corrupts. its 1 worker 1 vote. and if the voting is too slow they elect representatives.

the question is how would it work with a sustainable system which we also currently dont have. i dont know but im sure it could.

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.

Constantly complaining about capitalism in America, but lives in what to him should be A socialist paradise, and is unhappy.
its about knowing you are being ripped off. we will be very unhappy when civilization collapses in 15 years because of capitalist expansion. right now we are debt peons and live in undemocratic work places not to mention are democracy is corrupted by capitalism.

u dont want to have artificially lowered expectations.

Getting ripped off as part of life, get the best deal you can is all you can do. Civilization will not collapse in 15 years, but it will change it always does. Maybe You’re a debt peon, I have almost none, capitalism has been corrupted by Socialism and crony capitalism. So that people like you can say “see it doesn’t work”. My expectations are never lowered but they are reasonable. If there’s parts of the economy I’m not happy with I just don’t participate anymore than I have to. I don’t need the government to hold my hand and make things safe and fair for me because they always do the opposite of both those things. You constantly expect them to do that you will be disappointed the rest of your life.
