You're really only facing a risk of being terminated for lying on your application if you failed to disclose a felony conviction and then try to go into feeders/management and it pops up on a background check. This would probably only apply to folks hired in the early/pre 2000's as I think all PT hires now receive background checks.

I wouldn't tell anyone you didn't graduate high school, however.
