Put a weight room in the building for full timers.
So before or after lifting 400 packages, you hit the weights?

Thanks for replying, to my thread!....you really do like me!...lolWhen they were designing our new building there was talk of showers in the locker room. These did not make it in to the blueprints.
Many of the very old buildings have showers in the locker rooms. Those that do, are never used (at least virtually never used).
And I thought you hated feeder drivers?
Yeah, I think 95% of us would like an earlier start time to get home earlier. It's really too bad the business wasn't set up to do so. It's a combination of pre-load not being able to get the volume in and wrapped by 8am and having late p/u's scheduled. 8-5 base hours would be sweet

So,are you saying? you only watch people shower, once or twice a week?....lmaoOur building has a few showers in the driver locker rooms. I understand they get used but have only seen it a handful of times in my 20+ years.
Lmao....dont be looking,at my banana!Don't look outside your bathroom window. That's what I'm saying.

I was thinking, more like a brothel!
Come, Mister tally man, tally me banana
Unfortunately never happen but you will see 9 to 9 norm in a couple years as the job switches from 40 hours to 60 hours. They have already made it pretty obvious that they don't care about guys working 50 to 55 hours a week and all the ot that goes with it and the 9.5 grievances they don't mind paying them either.Yeah, I think 95% of us would like an earlier start time to get home earlier.
