Exactly they move money from the right pocket to the left pocket we are getting no more money than we did this current contract

He can start like a rhinoceros all he wants but he lied to every single one our members
Didn’t get rid of PVDs.
Didn’t get forced 6th punch language for anyone but RPCDs.
Didn’t address MRAs.
Didn’t do right by the pensions.

I’m sure there is more. But any one of those is a pretty big deal.

It’s like I said many months ago, he set the expectations so high that there was nowhere to go but down. He was never going to get everything!

Still "guilty til proven innocent" on the 9.5

Can't believe after all the trouble with this one problem that they didn't demand automatic pay for ANY HOURS over 9.5

Should be paid on any occurrence and not take tripping 9.5 3 times.
Should not have to file any grievance whatsoever.
Should not be harassed like you are some kind of thief.

Union leaders totally dropped the ball here.

No, but they never said they would eliminate them. How do you expect to deliver peak volume without them?

At least they limited them to Thanksgiving through Christmas.

Really? The Western doesn't even know yet. The Central increased by $1000/month. The others we don't know yet.

Exactly. You cannot get everything you want at once. I think he got a lot. Not everything, but not bad. We can work from this in the years to come.

I expect us not to train the subcontractors the company will try to replace us with someday.

Ridiculous argument. By that logic part time pay shouldn’t have moved, since part timers historically don’t vote.

I'm not supposed to know......but I do know (pension wise). It's nothing that's gonna get me aroused.

Can I post videos on here of how I walk off my residential stops and show how I go about my days work? ;)
If you didn't get what you want in this contract it would be the perfect way for you to extract as much money you want and deserve from the company all in a legit straightforward way without being charged with "stealing time".

Just gotta have the nuts moving ahead to put up with some harassment, but you'll learn to shrug it off and laugh at them.

I promise it would also get some solid attention to this site, best training videos for anyone out there. Safety....safety.....safety!!
Heck, to think if I worked everyday how much I'd be clearing.

I guess I was wrong. I always thought you were smarter than that. PVD's are going to replace RPCD's ? Yeah, right.

They need to deliver those extra millions of packages during peak.. How do you suppose it gets done?
