The rules are completely made up as is the Republican excuse for not following them. We know this because Trump continued to refuse to comply after a full House vote. It was a bs objection. I’m surprised anyone is still clinging to it.

They have to be a part of the trial, because the Democrats' entire impeachment argument is based on the idea that the Bidens were not corrupt.
