You're over-compensated for the industry average and definitely for unskilled labor in general.
I'm sure the UPS Driver compensation of $50+ per hour may not be that great in the NYC/Providence/Boston corridor but for 90% of the country, the UPS Driver compensation puts them in the top 10% of the US population.
Few Drivers on here complain about the compensation but everyone complains about workplace environment.
Perhaps bargaining for workplace improvements with enforcement teeth is something that more people would be interested in.

Your wages/compensation has so far exceeded inflation over the last 3 contracts it's laughable.
I think UPS would gladly offer wage increases based on inflation.

This leads me to a funny story so in the last week three people count them three people have told me I'm fat one was my brother-in-law the next was the OMS in the office please pardon my punctuation because I'm voice texting right now @Major English The third being you which is kind of funny so I was talking to one of my best friends in the world about it and he got pissed about my brother-in-law and The oms in the office and I said you know what they're kind a right I've put on about 10 pounds then I was talking to another guy that I haven't talked to in a long time and he said who the hell is he to say you're fat he looks like a perp in an episode of special victims unit. Back to the typing. The perp from special victims unit was you. We were viewing your photography website. Dude you aren't aging well. Anyway
