Here is the bottom line. UPS business is not sexy and profitable like Amazon, Nvidia, or Facebook. We have to spend money to earn money like crazy. Consumers do not want to pay exorbitant price for shipping when they get cheap stuff from China for pennies. They do not see the value of UPS. You also know the typical ailment of US companies: too much money going into upper management.
