Yeah something like that. If you want to go back to work after retiring you gotta clear it with the local, if they find out that you've been working a job that's on their prohibited list they suspend your pension and make you pay back any pension payments you received while working that job.
We can't work for any company in our same industry.
I get the impression some pensions have more restrictive rules than others.
Some have a restriction on how much you can make in a year without getting penalized I don't feel that's right either, especially with the shape that many of the plans are in.

I don't know if she is in the central, but when ups it took over, all restrictions ended.
I think you are better off bagging your own stuff. Nothing like having two jars of spaghetti sauce on top or your bread.
