Article 40 jobs can has as much as a 2 hour gap. There are existing 22.3 jobs with an hour and 1.5 hour gap. If the work is available you can combat these gaps.

I grew tired and impatient when we were asked for a strike authorization, without knowledge of the "sticking points", and I have no patience for the stall tactics in play now.

It’s ok. We are all tried and impatient. A lot of us are in 177 over the contract and this seniority problem we have. It has been a three year process.

Yes we did. I have a list of every job and who is in it and a job number. All local unions have access to this information.
