Instead of company use on a loopholes to pay somebody a higher rate to do a full-time job

Outsourcing our jobs. You know they try to screw drivers over during peak and make them work less than or guaranteed hours.
It should be absolutely no different than when Gypsies are bringing tractor trailer loads of work in and all the feeder drivers can get their 60 hours.

They get screwed both ways because part time work at UPS will starve you for half the year and then demand all your time when they need the help. Makes it difficult to do the second job although most find a way because they have to.
