Yes and then some after they realize how good we are. (And how bad fed ex ground is leaving stuff at random mailboxes) Unfortunately it gets pretty ugly for a while
Don't know. I'm sure some do. The bad part is contracts are usually more than a year when they do things like this.
True I had one of my largest shippers switched to FedEx about a year ago. They lasted three months. They said their software was horrible, damages, were worse than ours. And packages routinely did not make it to the destination. Most of the volume was back on my truck in three months. They still kept a FedEx pick up, but they only gave them minimal amount.
