So, im about 5months in and was recently bumped off of my set by someone with more seniority who decided they wanted to load. Ever since i have been being bounced around, asked if i want to go home pretty much made to feel like a nuisance. There are people on other lines with much lower or no seniority,am i within my rights to bump one of them? Or should i just let myself be shuffled around? I am learning new things but i never know where i'm gonna land. Any advice would be appreciated.

Well I have 4 1/2 years in and I'm bounced around everyday. I was told because I'm a good loader its easier to move me instead of having a lower seniority in a new load set. Makes sense from their perspective, to keep misloads down.
