Right, that's what's happening.
LMFAO.
Debt-to-GDP by largest economies:

U.S. — 121%
China — 83.6%
Japan — 255%
Germany — 63.60%
California — 15.84%

I’ll assume you just call all those countries woke to dismiss this list. So what about someplace like Hungary? I’m assuming you think we should be more like Hungary here in the U.S.

Hungary debt-to-GDP — 76%

Yes, debt is used by all major economies.

They’re the fifth largest economy in the world, maybe they’re doing something right? They also have more Republican voters than any other state. States’ rights?
You're admitting that since it works to the Democrats' advantage you're willing to let majority rule in national elections be the standard. States' rights? The problem is that people have come to see a state as a smaller part of a Federal whole. But a state is an independent country. We have "united" a collection of countries thus we're the United States. But our Constitution recognizes that each state is sovereign over all matters not enumerated to the Federal government in the Constitution. Thus issues like abortion have rightfully been given to the states to determine how to handle such matters. And each state runs an election to decide who they want as leader over them in the Federal system. The electoral college just confirms their choice. And works as a means to overcome any issues that arise that might prevent that choice from being eligible to be seated as president.
