Most of us common folk wouldn't have a clue where to go or whom to speak to about assembling this "team".
It would only take one shrewd team member to skip the country with that massive amount of wealth.
Any suggestions?

You got any idea how much interest is earned on this kind of money in a savings account?

I hope it was won by some POS getto rat. I love those stories about how idiots burn through millions of dollars only to die of an overdose.
