went by the NV/CA stateline an hour ago where there is a lottery outlet. ( no powerball in nevada ) the line of cars was backed up a mile on I-80.

they had the NV HWY patrol directing traffic.

people are nuts. you can buy tickets online.

Yes you are correct; nothing wrong with spending a few bucks its fun; I literally know people that spend 20-30 a week on the lottery...
