im not excited about the 9.5 changes but if people can actually get 4x penalty paid out this may change.

Nothing's gonna change. 4x payout after panel hearing after 4 grievances in a year is merely an incremental improvement for most. Probably only gonna hit the worst offenders in a way they'll notice.

Right, which is why they didn’t hire more drivers in these bigger buildings and just used the work force M-Saturday. It’s going to be difficult to pull that off under this contract, the company is going to have to hire more drivers or routes will be sitting/missed packages or put more stops per car.
