Eat a balanced diet, exercise, don't smoke, drink in moderation, hydrate, pay attention to your sleep...
'Keto' and similar diets are for people who aren't able to moderate their attachment to all the horrible things this modern life presents to us.
Exercise and eat vegetables, it's not rocket science.
It can be healthy. I eat keto and I haven't had red meat in months. People who eat steak and bacon everyday and claim they're eating keto are setting a heart surgeon up for a payday.
