Sean had nothing to do with this language. Been this way for years and the company has tried to replace full-time shuttle work with part-timers. Simply don’t allow it, file the grievance if necessary.

We have shuttle runs that are not air. Though he does make it sound like an air run.
I’m speaking strictly about air a.m. shuttle work, Which is what it sounds like he is talking about. And I don’t know how it would affect every other route needing to be rebid lol.

The shuttle route at our center has always been just like a regular bid route. An old timer just retired and another package car driver took his position that does the air shuttle early in the morning. They just from our center to the airport for the air and come back with the air that we have to deliver for that day

So the route never brings ground packages? How would that be bid by a RPCD. It would be either a FT air drivers route or a 22.3s bid.
We had an ADA accommodated driver, who retired that did shuttle work, they tried to give it to a part-timer. we filed on it and they created 22.3 jobs to do the work. of course if we had done nothing like @What'dyabringmetoday??? said they would’ve continue to use a part-timer. You have to be able to read and have a set of balls to at least push back on their nonsense and make them follow the contract.
