You live in a nice free state probably. In CA, we had running diesel cars crushed. My favorite truck was getting stuck in gear. 2001 MY Good engine (7.3) and body still. No diagnostics, straight to the crusher.

Must have been nice. I started on a manual with 200+ stops in S.friend. Lucky to have youth on my side back thenThese trucks only had like 20 stops a day.
First of all UPS has you brain washed. Its a truck- not a car. Try telling anyone other than a UPS employee that what you are driving is a car and they will have you commited to the loony bin. No that isn't what I was diving- that looks way too modern. I was driving an old P-800 high step manual with every door lock on it jimmied with little pieces of paper so you didn't need a key to open it.Did your car look like this.View attachment 354671

When I would get some clown ridding me they were always so amazed at how clumsy I was trying to use a real key.Aaaah the old jimmied door trick lol
I should add that the key was always in the ignition tooFirst of all UPS has you brain washed. Its a truck- not a car. I would piss off the old drivers when I covered a route and took the paper out! I learned to leave itAaaah the old jimmied door trick lol
I always took it out every day. I only did when I was on route delivering.I would piss off the old drivers when I covered a route and took the paper out! I learned to leave it
Most of the old trucks were jimmied. I was a cover driver for a few years so left everything alone. Those coots were real particular about their stuff. Lol.I always took it out every day. I only did when I was on route delivering.
That looks like a spicer shifter on a furniture type truck, not the smaller package type with bulkhead doorsDid your car look like this.View attachment 354671
I remember going back out to my standard Ranger after driving in a tractor all day and damn near slam the clutch through the floorboard.I still go to push the clutch pedal when i start up sometimes.
I bet you figured it on your own and did not require any special training on how to work it! Unlike some of the younger folks nowadays!Always have the key with me, hand brake was always on
But nobody told me you had to tighten the handbrake!!!! It’s their fault!!I bet you figured it on your own and did not require any special training on how to work it! Unlike some of the younger folks nowadays!
My high was 166 at least 10 yrs ago. Your tundra must not have been frozen and a helper on meth.My high was 285 stops (with a helper ) one peak in a P-800. 20 stops a day? You're drunk.
I tightened that bastard til I could just barely pull it up.But nobody told me you had to tighten the handbrake!!!! It’s their fault!!
I did 219 one peak, alone. All residential no pick ups. Really not that bad.My high was 166 at least 10 yrs ago. Your tundra must not have been frozen and a helper on meth.
