blank space
This car is "my stay in the garage and take up a space car" because of the bitch neighbor I have. I get out daily in my Mini. or the Tahoe.
Not following the bitch neighbor angle. Please explain.

According to the CC&R's....in order to park in your own driveway, your 2 car garage must have 2 cars in it. We have a Tahoe and it's really squished trying to get into it inside the garage. We choose to park it in the drive, but in order to do so without creep next door complaining, we had to buy a 3rd car which we didn't need in order to comply with the rules.
Get this, the rules aren't really enforced unless a neighbor complains..........we have the one bitch who doesn't like looking at a vehicle parked on our driveway......well, she's gonna look at a car in our driveway til the day she dies. I don't even use this red Blazer and would love to give it to my daughter, but we need it to fill a space in the garage.
I had to buy my Mini to fill the other space. Lots of people on other streets park in their driveway and none of the neighbors complain. So, mine complains and it cost me $30,000 to shut her up. Do you see my frustration and why I think my neighbor is a busy-body bitch?
I tried to do it with a motorcycle or Vespa, but that wasn't acceptable to the rules committee. I also have a small kennel thingy for my dog......3' x 4', so I needed the smallest car out there to fit with the kennel in there too......in 2005 it was the Mini....shorter than a VW, shorter than a miata and there was no Smart car around then. It had to be something I liked, not just a junker and reliable.. We went to every car dealer just measuring the lengths. I got the shortest car I could find. I love my Mini.......... '05 and already an almost 7 yr. old car. That's pretty tough that you had to drop 30K to shut her up; and you think we should go without a raise? I love ya Joyce, but you could have done the same with 3K.
I love all the old posters

You can have a raise, just don't go on strike!!
If you were to live in my neighborhood, you'd need an off-site storage situation. Oh, and the RV/camper/motor home.......you can park it for 24 hrs. on the street presumably to load or unload from vacations, but that's all.I'm glad I don't live in your neighborhood. I have a 6x8 trailer in the garage, 3 cars in the driveway, 2 cars and a camper on the street. All together not worth anywhere near 30K.
