Today was much lighter than yesterday.

Today, my drivers were actually able to walk through their cars without tripping over bulk or oversized packages. I don't recall the last time that happened.

Yesterday sucked, today is worse - routes cut, late plane/ late air, total mess.

Hundreds of missed business yesterday.

211 stops today on a route that should go out with a 145, of which almost 100 are service road business and apartment stops.

ETA 11:45pm.

Now broken down on the side of the road, with 131 stops left.
