I did see a UPS truck while watching a movie last night. In Stargate Continuum, you will observe a UPS Package Car going around a street corner while Carter is doing her shopping. This is just hours before the Gou'ld shows up knocking on our door steps.....orbital bombardment! I would only hope that the driver did not go back to the UPS hub as I would imagine that such would be among priority targets for would be alien invaders LOL!!!

Law and Order...it seem like there's a package car in the background every other episode. Often enough and prominently enough that it's obviously product placement. (Which makes you wonder...how much does UPS pay for this kind of stuff?)

Just came back from a trip with the family to Manhattan. We took a tour on one of those double decker buses, and as we went by the court house the tour guide mentioned that they often filmed scenes for a TV show there. I think it was Law and Order.

One thing I took away from the tour is our package cars are EVERYWHERE there. It would not be a stretch at all to have any scene shot in New York to realistically have a UPS vehicle in it.

I have a picture with my wife and I standing beside the Bull Statue on Wall Street with a UPS package car parked right beside us.

Two movies we play a prominent role in are Legally Blonde and EdTv.

Obviously, that movie "legally blond". There are quite a few scenes where the ups guy delivers to the hair salon and makes small talk with one of the women working there. The woman is too shy to respond so , the heroine of the story tries to get the woman to screw up her courage to respond. I didn't see all of it but I am sure that they ended up a couple

I recall watching a special on the events of 9-11 and there was a UPS truck near the Twin Towers completely covered in ashes.

In Charlie's Angels Carmen Diaz is dancing around in her underwear when a UPS man knocks on her door. She tells him something like.... I signed that note so you can just put your package in my slot.

I always tell my wife in the Day After Tomorrow when New York is completely frozen over and the survivors are huddled together in a library that a poor UPS driver will show up with a delivery any minute. You know they aren't going to cancel work for a little bad weather..
