We had nda in trace for two days, the third day they changed the start time so drivers missed the pcm where center manager said "airs on time" lmaoooo. So those drivers delivered all there airs late..

If I have the air on my truck then i try to make service regardless. If that means break trace then that is what I do

I get off the clock an hour early when we run air in trace!!

They usually bump air commit time back to noon here. I think 2 weeks before Christmas.

I agree.. people are paying for one thing. Service. I try to honor that as well.

Try to get it done in trace, if you don't believe it's possible I'd rather you break trace and kill the trace percentage than have a late.

I will always break to make service. Repeated service failures could land yiu in hot water.

Relaxed commits start on the 18th and run through the 24th.

Twice last week. Since then, no.

I delivered in trace all week. Late air beats missed stops. I would have missed twice as many stops if I had tried to make service on my NDA.
