I’m not defending any department here. I am only making a statement for all union members who complain about management. No one is going to baby you at work.
Simple fix here, but some of the complainers are too absent minded to move up and out of the union to better the company and the work’s work conditions. So look in the mirror before you start to point at others who make your job hard.

Remember, like all 12 of the union posters who post on BrownCafe daily, everything they know about Management they learned on BrownCafe. You cannot argue with that experience, if any doubt go look on how many times they commented on how it is in Management. If they cannot win the argument or post a coherent reply, they usually finish it off with (it least I get a pension).
