I went in and told them
I had like 50. Do they want me to bring it to a backdoor or something. No no up here fine.
Unload like half of it and then they are like no no this goes here that goes over there. Blah blah blah.
I finished unloading they refused to sign. I left.

I mean find a balance with how you address customers. They shouldn't be so furious they are yelling about switching to FedEx. The one delivery point is absolutely correct. But it doesn't mean you have to be a D* about it. If they have an issue with that, they can call in a concern and I will explain that to them.
