They won't upgrade for a 4 week operation. Operations have to make it work with existing facility equipment. @#United States Department Of Justice, you recently fined UPS for false delivery claims.

UPS was too ready last year so it was to be expected they would be stupid about it this year.

Every year they raise it .06 cents, on top of 4 billion they set aside for stock buy backs.
