I've never understood why people worry about what others do or don't do. Unless it directly affects me, I could not care less. Not my business.

The driver next to me would always be worried he might have 5 minutes more work than anyone else. It happened maybe once a week and he would throw a tantrum about it every time. And of course he was also one of those people who never helped anyone else.

I know of some coworkers who will go in the managers office to look at the reports showing how many stops and what time the routes around them finish every day. And will mention it to the couriers. Who cares?!
