Oh Yeah
Guy is done from what I understand. Not a good situation
He will probably get his job back all depending on severity of accident, frequency of his past accidents, but without pay im sure. Ive seen it before. True story dude, this 1 driver that used to drive and who is now a fulltime supe, used to be in military long time ago also( GI JERKNUTT PECKERWOOD) he went through an intersection n i guess didnt go LEFT RIGHT LEFT RIGHT LEFT RIGHT- correct way to train drivers( Just schooled ya Frigid lol) so anyway this electric company truck t-boned him. I shiznitt you not, the electric company truck literally drove almost through the package car and this idiot got his job back and is now a fulltime supe. That idiot could have killed himself and that driver so trust me dude its harder than you think to lose your job permanetely over a tier 3. Alot of factors involved in the ultimate decision obviously.

Story was one of my old drivers sups was driving so fast on gravel he lost control and flipped the package car. He had two choices. Find a new job or become a driver sup. Lmao

The thing here is the union isn't as strong as where you guys are. Like seriously I find a lot of the stuff I read here amazing. The union is nonexistent
