I have been both a mod and admin on a couple of other sites. As an admin I had a lot of power but there were still things only the owner could do. I seldom messed with more than the basics though. Too much hassle.
Agreed there.
Cheryl was asking to make sure we checked certain boxes when we deleted a picture.
I suggested she make the defaults what she wanted because I know I would never remember to check which boxes.
I never change the default settings.

I remember several changes......struggle times for me.....I don't do well with change. You notice I keep the same screen name and since dizzee made the most perfect avatar for me, I don't change it either.

I thought al of the charms and stuff were goofy as hell and just cluttered the screen.

That’s Craptacular
If that exists, only Cheryl has the administrative rights to apply to a user.

I Googled "miserable user" and found this for vBulletin software (Brown Cafe uses XenForo):
http://community.mybb.com/thread-155035.html
Miserable Users is a simple but lethal plugin that acts as an inhumane alternative to banning a user. This plugin gives an illusion of server difficulties (among other things) to specific usergroups or users. (Inspired by Paul M. from vB)

When classed as miserable user, a member suffers through the following each time they request a page on your forum:

1. Slow response (time delay) on every page (20 to 60 seconds default).
2. A chance they will get the "server busy" message (50% by default).
3. A chance that no search facilities will be available (75% by default).
4. A chance they will get redirected to another preset page (25% & homepage by default).
5. A chance they will simply get a blank page (25% by default).

If they luckily make it past all of this, then they will be served up their requested page.

All of these settings are customizable in the Admin CP.
For Xenoforo software....google "discouraged user"

Late Xmas tip!
