Yeah it goes like that Just file More..... and if you find it their retaliating call CORP..... Then call Union and give them heads up guaranteed your union rep will call you within the hour to see whats going on and will end up showing up at the Hub within that week...

@Bastiatian i tried getting my coworker involved for those safety "write-ups" he was getting didnt even know how the grievance procedure worked. its hard to get these young guys to stand up for themselves and work together
