Just how it happens ... I haven't figured out a repetition or pattern to it yet.
I'm pretty easy going so I just go with the flow although I am currently trying to get back to a "normal" pattern.

Usually have no problem getting to sleep .....just like a bomb goes off at all hours ...and I am up ....might eventually go to a sleep DR. ....
