After I called and told the wife I wouldn't be home till well after 8 , my youngest daughter asked "why did daddy pick a job where he has to work so late?, was there no other ones he could pick?".................saw them for about 20 minutes after the drive home till everyone went to bed, this job you take so much harassment from management and everything and anything is always your fault, they try to fire you for every thing and anything and every accident these days is avoidable. Don't even want to think about all the things in my kids lives ive already missed, and that I will miss in the future , and management keeps cutting more and more routes ,and more and more stops keep getting added to every route. There has to be a breaking point. Can't keep heading in this direction. Something is gonna give.

Do you all have any 22.3 jobs there? Have you thought about that route?
