Things are great, Joe. My daughter and her hubby are in town from Dallas staying with us for one night. They are leaving on a cruise today out of Galveston.

Made grilled salmon and grilled tilapia last night for dinner. Came out good. I think I like making ribs more.

this is their second cruise in 2 years. might have to try one of those. I know the wife has mentioned it.

yeah, ribs are more forgiving. I have a tendency to overcook fish, especially salmon.

I did stumble on two creations last night. The first was a mango salsa that I topped on the fish. The second was a lime with green siracha sauce that I put on my tilapia.
