Try and buy veggies that will freeze well if you can't use them before they go bad. And always pack a lunch for work....you're less likely to make healthy lunch choices stopping on the road when you're busy and starving.

My problem is I'll buy something with intentions of making it and then life happens. I don't get a chance to use it before it spoils.
