Exactly. Wife was on the phone while I was in the pharmacy. Said the guy with teamcare was a huge .

She said it would of been nice to of been informed about this before. That way I'm not 2 hours removed from surgery trying to get pain pills and dealing with this.

He said "there was no reason to inform you this is how teamcare has always been set up."

Seems like while she is recuperating, she could vent some anger and frustration she is probably feeling, into an email to their corporate office about the way that was handled.

The most amazing part to me is after 8 years and countless phone calls and forms filled out they still had her under her maiden name. We have tried to get that fixed at least a dozen times.

I mean I couldn't even add her until we were married so I don't know HTF it was ever under her maiden name.
