My on car was ripping the preload the other day. He's like no one here knows how to load a ing package car!!!!

We can't even train them to do it right because the preload sups don't have a freaking clue either

When I did my time on preload they were going to stick me on the sort having never loaded a package car. I was like no, let me load for a week, then we'll see.

I never loaded a package car. Went from unload to sort.


It definitely took me a little longer to catch on driving than if I had loaded.
