If you were to grill tuna steaks, you wouldn't use foil on those correct? I'm going without it I think.
I would probaby use a lil evoo and some spices and sweet onion.
Wrap in foil for a lil bit...let the juices work their magic.

Then turn the grill up abit and take out of the foil...and put some grill marks,on that puppy!
