I can't get into specifics on here....but a PTer who's workes here longer than me and his family ended up homeless due to a natural disaster. He called the United Way for help...they told him, sorry you make too much money, we can't help.

That's why we don't do the United Way..... We can do local charities as well

A balmy -6 right now. We need snow bad or else every one who didn't insulate their septic systems will start to have freeze ups. That's not fun. It happened to me one winter when I went to Arizona for 6 weeks and didn't take proper precautions. Those in town will have to start leaving their faucets run 24/7 pretty soon because the city water lines freeze up if you don't.
