Winter brings out the worst in everything. My truck wouldn't start last week when we got back from Texas. I had left it at the airport for 2 and a half weeks (knowing that the 7 year old original battery was probably on its last legs but being too cheap to buy a new one while it still had some life). We had to call AAA and they actually had to load it up on a flat bed wrecker and haul it to their shop. The battery was froze solid so it wouldn't take a jump. The wrecker driver then dropped us off at my house because his next call was down my way. Got to the Dallas Airport that day at 11:30 am--walked in my house at 11:30 p.m. that included a 2 1/2 hour layover in Minneapolis. Total actual flight time-2 hours and 35 minutes. Time spent friend-ing around flying--12 hours. God I hate flying commercial flights.
