Sad fact that the guns are being smuggled in from the US. When are the unionized border guards going to start to work to protect us instead of just sitting in their cushy cubicles?

When you smuggled your meats in from the U.S.A , you were happily relying on the hope that the border guards were going to be sitting in their cushy cubicles.

Yep. He was banking on them being too lazy to check the orifice he had all that meat shoved up into. Of course the huge smile he had on his face almost gave him away.

TORONTO - Toronto police say they have made an arrest in Saturday's shootings at the Eaton Centre food court.
No other information has been released.

Police had said they believed they knew the identity of the man who went on the deadly shooting rampage Saturday evening.

Police say the man who died, 24-year-old Ahmed Hassan, is believed to have gang ties, although it’s not yet known if Saturday’s rampage was gang-related.
Hassan was shot several times in what police called a targeted attack, and not a random act of violence.

Oh, profiling!!

Like I said, the Mounties always get their Man ! :)

Only if a German citizen makes a phone call to the German police who the arrest the man and hold him in a cell while the Mounties get on a plane to go pick him up now that all the work is done. Hopefully they're man enough to get a shackled prisoner all the way back to Canada.

That's the difference between the US and Canada.
A murder like that in the US would probably not even make worldwide news.

But happening in Canada - it's reported everywhere !

The owner of the cafe, in Berlin's working-class Neukoelln district, told The Associated Press that Magnotta had come in to read news reports about himself when one of his employees recognized him.
"A colleague recognized him from his photo, because he'd just read the newspaper," said the owner, who spoke on condition that he not be identified by name.
He said the police happened to be outside at the time, and the employee alerted them and they arrested Magnotta at about 2 p.m. without difficulty.

Oh.............so the fact that Canadian murders make worldwide news makes Canadian murders better than American murders. The victims must be so proud.

He was a Mountie that got transferred to NY Buffallo, he always had his pet wolf with him, too, and befriended a NY police officer there, too. (they worked mostly together).

"In a national anthem survey, 79% of Americans know the first line of the "Star-Spangled Banner," but only 37% of Canadians know the first line to "Oh, Canada," which is really pathetic considering the first line of "Oh, Canada" is "Oh, Canada." -- Jay Leno

Another one (I believe this show was popular in the US, too) :

Due South - The Mountie Song Revisited - YouTube

One of the worlds most respected and well known enforcement groups.
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) (French: Gendarmerie royale du Canada (GRC), literally
‘Royal Gendarmerie of Canada'; colloquially known as The Mounties, and internally as ‘The Force') is the national
police force of Canada, and one of the most recognized of its kind in the world.

It is unique in the world as a national, federal, provincial and municipal policing body.
