Its called "unscheduled break" probably only used in the few call centers left that are actual UPS employees. I was a Field Support Agent for 10 years so I hope I know something..
I get that alot but I didn't know you were on my route. You should have introduced yourself sooner, I would have put all these losers here on notice that you were coming and not to friend* with you.
well I didn't make up the rules at my location..... Its not so much a theory as it is a policy for non union workers. And believe me, its somewhat of a joke kind of rule that I never took very seriously. When I was pregnant they offered to split up my 15 minute breaks so I could use the restroom more often. They did that while I was nursing also.
