Hadn't even thought of that. Both cars run their AC off their big lithium batteries. Difference is about every 15 minutes the Prius gas engine will automatically turn on to run for less than 2 minutes to top off its battery. The Tesla will drain its battery. I wonder how long a Tesla can run its AC like that?

Oh man. You can get tires slightly more often, in return for having no oil changes or a dozen other maintenance items. lol.
You keep your catalytic converter and coolant flushes and fuel pumps and all that.

Regenerative braking means EV's generally don't need a brake job for the life of your ownership.
They get at LEAST double the mileage out of brakes. In reality, it's more like 5x or 10x.
