And since liberals are making the laws right now, car companies are following suit because of all the fleet mpg requirements being put on them. An oil plummeted, Tesla doubled sales. When oil skyrocketed, Tesla doubled sales. Tesla is going to double sales every year regardless of oil price.

What I meant by fleet was take ford as a company, their vehicles all together need to average so many mpg or below, whatever the government sets it at. Brain dead liberals lower that number everytime our country is dumb enough to vote for one. Incentives are certainly not biased against Tesla, simply artificially raising the price on fossil fuel is a way of incentivizing people to buy a Tesla. Just like Biden is doing at this very moment. When a fossil fuel friendly president gets into office, the price comes down because the industry doesn’t feel threatened and the desire for an ev by the American people will then also fizzle out. This whole war on fossil fuels is nothing but a tool to make people switch to evs.

Fossil fuel friendliness is irrelevant. Tesla sold everything it can make at 1.50 gas and at 5.00 gas. It's irrelevant. Demand so far outstrips supply that Tesla can double a few more times in size without gas mattering at all. That's the condition of the real market with no incentives.
I'm referring to this, and other incentives that are built to lock out Tesla. Why Are Tesla Electric Vehicles Not Eligible for the Tax Credit?
Dems don't like Tesla because it is anti-union. Republicans don't like it because it is EV. That means everyone has a reason not to like it or favor it with policy, so they get the short end of the stick. And yet, they sell everything they can make. That's because it's a better machine.
You could have 1.00 gas forever, and Tesla will still be the largest automaker on earth. Superiority does that.

They put out 80k vehicles in a month last month. That means they have done an annualized pace of a million, and the factory isn't even completed and they're in shut down from Xi. And yet, they still make 20% more vehicles out of 1/5 the space. That's because they are a quantum leap ahead of VW and everyone else.

I understand others do. I just don’t think it’s enough for them to keep this kind of growth going. Eventually at some point it will fizzle, and the diversification of the big three will win out. At least that’s my guess.
no, you’re wrong. If gas was a dollar, evs wouldn’t be a blip on the map except for the folks like yourself who the dems managed to brainwash. After the brainwashed sheep buy their ev, that’ll be the end of them
