packages on military bases

Looking for some insight. I've been told we have now gotten contracts which allow us to compete price wise with FedEx on the bases (I've heard this for at least a year now), but from what I can tell FedEx is picking up WAY more packages than we are out there.
Can anyone else out there delivering and picking up on some bases tell me if this is true on your routes as well?
I've turned leads in before, but have never seen anything become of them or heard feedback as to what happened with them.

Kind of on the same lines--I saw a new pick up book. On the paper there is a new service option "Government Express" above Next Day Air..Maybe that may mean something.

Oh one other thing..One route here picks up from the IRS. Your know our friends. Used to ship the "friend-word" company. Now ships w/us. Pick up quite a few nda pieces
