You ended up banging her rightShe wasn't upset; seemed glad to have him home.
If I told you the full story of this particular delivery, you would not believe it.
What are packages customers DON'T want to get? I noticed whenever i deliver those Chase bank saver envelopes either the persons house has all the blinds shut or if they see me they give me a depressed look. Like this one guy was all happy to see me then i handed him the chase envelope and his smile flipped to a sad face.
Another one i haven't got much reaction too but i think are bad is those envelopes shipped from health centers that always need a sig and are usually next day. Are those things something that basically tells a person if they got cancer or something? Because that is what it seems it would be. Anyways, any others you can think of?
I've also seen (once) an account we have for a company that produces caskets for infants. Really got me down that night once I realized what we were sorting.
How much was he worth?Well I can beat that story. I delivered a man's ashes to his widow; and they were sent COD.
Talk about disrespecting the poor guy; should have sent him prepaid.
Why?I've had those. Even had their pets name on the package. Rough.
At least you don't have to worry about them opening the door and letting sparky out to naw on your ass....cause sparky is in the box.Must have been a good horse.
I dislike getting signatures for the pet ashes...
There's a nondelivery option in the DIAD for "deceased". I've had to use it once.Worst delivery I had was for an apartment of a middle aged lady that had just died that day unexpectedly. As I pulled up, the police were outside, the building manager told me what happened. I explained I had a package for the lady and asked if she would accept it for her. She refused and walked me over to the deceased lady's father who was sitting outside who was obviously distraught and asked him to sign for the package. I apologized and handed him the DIAD...he signed and as I was leaving I said what I always say..."Have a great day!"...Not one of my proudest moments to say the least and to this day I wish I hadn't delivered that package.
Used to be,not an option anymore. At least in my DIAD.There's a nondelivery option in the DIAD for "deceased". I've had to use it once.
Gets all his pets? How many does he have that die? You make it seem like he gets ashes all the time. I'm suspect ing foul playThere's a dentist in my town that has all his pets cremated when they die and wants them put in the casket with him when he passes on.
Wow man. Thats the worst thing you could have done. I really hope this story is BSWorst delivery I had was for an apartment of a middle aged lady that had just died that day unexpectedly. Guess I wear my heart on my sleeve. At the time, one of my dogs was very sick, and I had a good friend, who's dog was getting close to the end. Why?
