So in the last 18 years, Hamas hasn't built any power stations, nor a desalination plant to provide fresh water for drinking or to water crops. Instead they have depended on Israel to provide these services.
And they want other countries to provide funds to keep the country running.
This sounds like an never ending welfare state.
